The U.S. Probation and pretrial services office for the Northern District of Oklahoma intends to procure substance abuse, mental health, and sex offender treatment services for federal defendants and offenders in the following areas using a blanket purchase agreement. During this initial stage of the solicitation process, our office is attempting to identify as many interested treatment providers as possible.
