As a condition of supervised release, upon completion of his or her term of imprisonment, the defendant is to be surrendered to a duly-authorized immigration official for deportation proceedings in accordance with the established procedures provided by the Immigration and Nationality Act, 8 U.S.C. §§ 1101-1524. If the defendant is not deported or serves any portion of supervised release within the United States for any reason, the defendant shall report immediately to the United States Probation Office in the district of release to begin the term of supervised release.
